This equipment was manufactured in July of 2003 and never used. The machines were in the original crates from Bosch. The filler includes an RIV 1040 Gas Exchanger, Serial # 8111357073, and a Bosch 48" stainless steel unscrambling table, Model 48" Disc, serial number 8111342415. The machine comes equipped with multiple change parts. See the attached PDF file for a list of the spare parts.
The introduction of the FLM filler series, designed by a global team of Bosch product management and engineering staff, represents a major improvement in performance, product filling accuracy and superior aseptic cleanliness for the pharmaceutical industry. The machine is available as a stand-alone unit for clean room filling, RABS, or with a barrier isolator. The machine features a fill range of 0.25 ml up to 500 ml for greater flexibility with an output of up to 600 units per minute.
