For sale is an Ideal bundler overwrapper with heat shrink tunnel, previously used in a major spice blending and packaging plant. This system was in use right up until the plant closure, and is in excellent operating condition. The bundler overwrapper unit collates and overwraps rigid containers without using trays or slip sheet. The Max web width is 18”. Discharge or outfeed conveyor dimensions are 27”L x 13”W. The infeed conveyor dimensions are 78”L x 6”W. There are 4 total motors. 2 motors control the infeed and the outfeed conveyors. These are 1/8hp, 1.2amp, 115volt. The 2 other motors that control the web are 1/15hp, .75amp. The bundler is a 480V 35 amps and it comes with a 45KVA transformer 45 KVA, H.V. 480V (54 Amps), L.V. 208YV/120V (125 Amps) 330lb. Class AA, Ventilated. The dimensions for the conveyor is 76”L x 21” (wide belt). The heat tunnel portion dimensions are 55”L x 29”W. Voltage 220v 3 phase.
