Glatt, TD NR DR 2094, Wurster Pellet Coating system, Stainless Steel, rated to coat 90 kgs per hour pelleted product, which is loaded via a pneumatically operated front hinged shute arrangement.

  • Complete with integral rear mounted Inlet ducted Steam Heating Battery, which takes air in through 400mm diameter ductwork.
  • The used Coating air is then extracted out of the machine via a 400mm diameter outlet linked to the overhead Plant room mounted double Extraction fan system.
  • The Coater unit is fitted with a top mounted vertical 1m diameter explosion Relief Venting system.
  • The Coating material is metered into the Coating area, via an included Watson Marlow, Model 503, Peristaltic Metering Pump unit, from a Stainless Steel Coating material storage vessel.
  • The Glatt, Wurster Pellet Coating system, is controlled by the attached wardrobe style panel, which is fitted with an attached Chart Recorder unit.
  • The Stainless Steel Wurster Coating Chamber, measures 600mm diameter x 550mm high.
  • The lower Stainless Steel Removable filter unit, is mounted on a 4 wheeled trolley unit.
  • Removal and loading cost for the complete Ground Floor Glatt Wurster Coater, ie without the upper Plant Room twin Extraction fans & associated ductwork = GBP 3204.00 + relevant local taxes.
  • Packing quote for the complete Ground Floor Glatt Wurster Coater = GBP 2820.00 + relevant local taxes.
