Infeed soap pick up by multiple suction cup feed into horizontal chain bucket conveyor.
Carton feed into magazine manually, picked up by single arm suction cup and formed on the chain discharge conveyor.
Soap pushed into formed carton by barrel loader and carton sealed on the discharge conveyor by Nordson Hot Melt Glue.
Machine body made of Mild steel , Chain bucket in plastic.
Cartoner able to pack soap from 65gm soap dimension of 54mmx79mmx20mm(W,L,H) to 125gm with soap dimension 64mmx93mmx29mm(W,L,H)
Carton dimension 65gm is 55mmx29mmx83mm(W,H,L) and 125gm is 64mmx33mmx95mm (W,H,L)
Uses external Nordson Hot melt glue system for side flap sealing of carton.
